Mission
Our Mission is to remove the barriers that constrain ambitious growth for Small and Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs), expertly scaling the financial walls that block out fractional expertise, the network barriers that isolate companies from decision-makers, and the market barriers that make international expansion feel like gambling. We do this through process-driven, culturally-intelligent guidance delivered at the right scale and fractional team structure.
Founder & Principal (CEO)
Hadiza J Bamgbose
Hadiza is Founder and CEO of BACA and leads the firm's Global Services, bringing 15+ years of international business experience grounded in a unique fusion of behavioural economics, and corporate trade diplomacy. As former International Trade Officer at the British Embassy Washington DC and part of the UK's Department for Business and Trade (DBT) team, she generated over $500M in export, business value and FDI pipeline value whilst building extensive networks across government, diplomatic, and commercial sectors.

Her career spans over a decade of global projects in infrastructure, clean energy, and financial services, where her entrepreneurial instincts and behavioural insights have driven meaningful outcomes. As a London-based consultant on a landmark mini city development in West Africa, her sustainability expertise informed the integration of renewable and clean energy power solutions during the planning phase - reducing material project risk while creating new pathways for growth and job creation in the region.

A recipient of multiple FCDO Champion Awards for Wellbeing Leadership and several international trade accolades, Hadiza combines rigorous analytical capability with diplomatic finesse and an instinctive commitment to people-centred outcomes. Her approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable business growth must empower individuals and communities - placing human wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of every strategy she shapes.

Culturally experienced in six countries and multilingual, she has served as a DEI leader across a number of institutions. She is currently a Co-Chair of British-American Business Associations (BABA) Small & Medium-Sized Businesses (SMB) Committee and remains embedded in DC's international community, maintaining important memberships across UK and US trade bodies. Her methodology - grounded in evidence-based practice and cultural intelligence - positions BACA as a trusted bridge between UK, US and global market opportunities.

CFO & Head of Executive Services
Bambo Bamgbose
Bambo is the financial architect and Head of BACA's Executive Services. As CFO, he directs financial governance and delivery whilst using his extensive expertise in government contracting - a critical differentiator for BACA's UK & US clients - to navigate US federal procurement landscapes.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he has over 25 years of sophisticated financial management experience, building, scaling and optimising organisations. He has deep knowledge of government contracting frameworks, compliance requirements, and secured opportunity identification. His background stands out in a career encompassing CFO, SVP and MD roles across organisations serving the US Departments of War (Defense), Education, and Energy, the FDA, NASA, NIH, CMS, and IRS.
Bambo has served in successive executive roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Growth for a MD-based government contractor, during which he secured a $2 billion, 10-year contract vehicle at the Department of Education and delivered $300 million in project cost savings across a $6 billion portfolio. As CFO, he grew the organisation's financial position by 50x over two years through disciplined capital strategy and operational restructuring. His approach to resource optimisation enables BACA to deliver enterprise-grade services with boutique responsiveness - essential for SME firms entering unfamiliar regulatory environments in the US.
His dual expertise in financial stewardship and government procurement makes him invaluable to organisations seeking credible, compliant market entry into the US public sector.

WHY
BACA's value estimation
Successfully entering new markets often requires specialised expertise that goes beyond your in-house capacity. However, hiring permanent senior staff for specific, short-term needs can create unsustainable costs. Our model provides a value-added, cost attractive option.
Our partners are strategic collaborators deeply committed to BACA’s mission of advancing Micro and SME growth, supporting underrepresented founders and partnering with industry innovators.
